Here's what you'll need to listen to the audio webcast:

  1. To listen to this audio webcast, you will need at least a 28.8 kbps connection to the Internet.

  2. You need either Flash or Windows Media to listen to the webcast - when you click the webcast link, our system will know which of these you are using. Click here to check whether you already have the Windows Media Player or Adobe Flash Player, which also allows you to determine whether you have the proper connectivity or any potential firewall issues.

  3. If you don't have one of the players, you need the free Windows Media Player (download here) or the free Adobe Flash Player (download here). Please note that after downloading the software, you must install it. Simply downloading the software will not allow access to the archive. Downloading and/or installing the software may require permission from your network administrator.

  4. If you are still unable to access the archive, contact your IT department.
