PDF Troubleshooting

The larger files on this site are best viewed in Firefox or Internet Explorer.
If you are using Chrome and a file isn't loading, adjust your settings as follows:

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Click on the 3 dots on the upper right
  3. Go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Site Settings → Additional Content Settings
  4. Scroll down to "PDF Documents"
  5. Turn on "Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome"
