The Possible Roles of the Independent Consultant
We recently updated our piece on this site – “Possible Roles of Independent Consultant to the Board Compensation Committee” – to flesh out a few more responsibilities that our firm typically fulfills for our clients, as well as list seven responsibilities that our firm expects from our client’s compensation committee, board and management.
