ISS’s 2011-2012 Policy Survey

As I blogged a few weeks back on TheCorporateCounsel.net Blog, ISS recently released its 2011-2012 Policy Survey – comments are due by August 3rd. Although it’s only a survey, the questions, responses and comments serve as the basis for ISS’s policy formulation process.
