ISS Updates Its FAQs

Last Thursday, ISS updated its Compensation FAQs and Non-Compensation FAQs relating to its proxy voting policies issued last month. ISS separately had issued Peer Group FAQs a few weeks ago. We are posting memos regarding these FAQs in our “ISS Policies & Ratings” Practice Area.
