These tools are all the more important as pay-versus-performance and clawbacks have only complicated the compensation-related disclosure requirements for proxy statements. The actual form check table has helpful callouts noted in red for any newly added rows and reminds companies to confirm that the CD&A narrative is consistent with PvP and clawback disclosures.
