ISS Releases 2013 Voting Policies

Just as I was pushing the button on Friday morning to blog about Glass Lewis’ ’13 policies, ISS released their 2013 voting policies. ISS is holding a webcast on December 6th, by which time it is likely that ISS will have also issued a set of FAQs that flesh out the new policy updates.
