With it becoming clearer that there will not be a repeal of the pay ratio rules, you now need to gear up to make this new disclosure. Led by an expert faculty, you will not only learn how to properly prepare your new pay ratio disclosures - but also all the latest on how to do the homework to calculate the pay ratios; make a board presentation about pay ratios; and how to deal with PR & employee fallout once the disclosure is out there.

This webcast is the second of three monthly webcasts leading to our "Pay Ratio & Proxy Disclosure Conference" (the first webcast is July 20th) - which will be held in Washington DC & by video webcast on October 17th-18th. This series of three monthly webcasts is part of that conference.

The speakers for the August 15th webcast are:

- Mark Borges, Principal, Compensia
- Keith Higgins, Partner, Ropes & Gray LLP
- Scott Spector, Partner, Fenwick & West LLP
